Correct posture: Maintain good posture to protect joints and reduce joint stress. Poor posture can increase pain and lead to fatigue.

Loads: Avoid stress on your joints. If you have to carry loads, even if they are not very heavy, always try to distribute the weight of the load between several joints.

Change of position: change position regularly. Staying in the same position for a long time increases pain and stiffness. Particularly suitable for people with office work, who may spend a long time in one position.
