Quality assurance and control

At ELADIET, our Quality Management Systems are assessed and certified by external control bodies in accordance with standardized international regulations, based on ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.

ELADIET holds the following certifications:

  • ISO 9001: Quality Management System for the design, development, manufacturing, and sale of food supplements.

  • ISO 22000: Food Safety Management System for the production of food supplements in both solid and liquid forms.

  • ISO 13485: Quality Management System for the manufacturing and sale of medical devices.

  • GMP Food Supplements: Good Manufacturing Practices Quality Management System for food supplements.

Our Quality, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance departments ensure, through a robust evaluation system, the excellence of our raw material, packaging material, and service suppliers.

The assurance and validation of raw material quality is based on various analytical techniques such as HPLC, Infrared (IR), and microbiological testing.

INFRAROJOS (IR)

La tu00e9cnica del IR (Infrarojos) nos permite identificar y liberar las materias primas que llegan al laboratorio de manera muy ru00e1pida, ya que la lectura se realiza en milisegundos.

Eladiet dispone de una biblioteca que permite realizar la comparativa y posterior aprobaciu00f3n de las materias primas. Entre las muchas ventajas del uso del IR, estu00e1 la de no tener que utilizar mucha cantidad de muestra para realizar la lectura correspondiente y registrar el espectro caracteru00edstico de la materia prima a analizar, tanto en su00f3lido como lu00edquido. Ademu00e1s, es un tu00e9cnica respetuosa con el medio ambiente, ya que no se necesita ningu00fan tratamiento previo de la muestra a analizar.

MICROBIOLOGu00cdA

ELADIET dispone de un laboratorio de Microbiologu00eda donde se lleva a cabo los ensayos de todas las materias primas y productos acabados que se fabrican en nuestras instalaciones para asegurar la seguridad e inocuidad alimentaria.

En nuestras instalaciones, se realizan los ensayos de microbiologu00eda de patu00f3genos asu00ed como de aerobios y hongos/levaduras. u00a0

HPLC

La tu00e9cnica cromatogru00e1fica del HPLC se utiliza para identificar y cuantificar los activos y/o marcadores analu00edticos tanto de las materias primas como semielaborados y de los productos acabados fabricados.

CONTROL EN PROCESO

ELADIET has implemented a HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) to ensure and guarantee the quality of our products.
A thorough analysis of hazards and critical control points has been carried out across all production lines, and comprehensive controls have been implemented throughout the manufacturing process to ensure maximum quality at every stage.

These controls, along with our internal training program and both internal and external audits, ensure that our commitment is reflected in the quality of our products.
