Here are some simple recommendations to prevent as far as possible the consequences that spring brings for our well-being and respiratory system.
In the case of pollen:
- It is important to know the flowering periods.
- Keep windows closed at home (especially at night).
- air conditioning filters and change them annually.
- Before going to bed, spray the room with water.
- Avoid outdoor activities.
- Wash vegetables and fruit thoroughly.
In the case of dust:
- Wipe dust with a damp cloth.
- Use the hoover and avoid sweeping.
- Vacuum the sofa and mattress every week.
- Ventilate the bedroom daily.
- Avoid having a lot of objects that facilitate the accumulation of dust: carpets, cuddly toys, books, etc.
- Wash the mattress cover weekly.
