Spring discomfort and respiratory wellbeing

Here are some simple recommendations to prevent as far as possible the consequences that spring brings for our well-being and respiratory system.

In the case of pollen:

  • It is important to know the flowering periods.
  • Keep windows closed at home (especially at night).
  • air conditioning filters and change them annually.
  • Before going to bed, spray the room with water.
  • Avoid outdoor activities.
  • Wear sunglasses.
  • Wash vegetables and fruit thoroughly.

In the case of dust:

  • Wipe dust with a damp cloth.
  • Use the hoover and avoid sweeping.
  • Vacuum the sofa and mattress every week.
  • Ventilate the bedroom daily.
  • Avoid having a lot of objects that facilitate the accumulation of dust: carpets, cuddly toys, books, etc.
  • Wash the mattress cover weekly.
