Take 1 to 3 tablets per day.

Per 3 tablets: 600 mg Golden Sun, 300 mg blackcurrant, 30 mg reishi, 150 mg turmeric, 80 mg vitamin C, 30 mg zinc, 2 mg manganese, 1.38 mg vitamin B6, 1 mg copper and 15 mcg vitamin D3.
