At Eladiet, we need an R&D Manager for our R&D Department.
What will your duties be?
• Direct and supervise the team in the design and development of galenic formulas for new products.
• Coordinate research and development projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Design the industrial scalability of the formulas developed in the pilot plant.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency and quality in the development process.
• Keep up to date with relevant scientific and technological advances.
What do we expect from you?
• Graduate in Pharmacy with a Master's or Specialization in Industrial and Galenic Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in research and development roles in the pharmaceutical industry or similar, 2 years' experience in team management will be valued.
• Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is valued.
