Method of use

Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, valerian helps to maintain natural sleep, California poppy contributes to optimal relaxation and improves the quality of natural sleep, and vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Take 1 tablet in the evening, half an hour before going to bed.

Per 1 tablet: 100 mg dried ex. passionflower, 100 mg dried ex. valerian, 100 mg GABA, 50 mg dry ex. californian poppy, 16 mg vitamin B3 (100% NRV), 1.85 mg melatonin, 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (100% NRV). NRV = EU nutrient reference value.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of young children.
