Bacopa helps to maintain memory over the years and to maintain cognitive function. Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance. Zinc and iodine contribute to cognitive function. Copper, iodine and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B8 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B8, B9 and B12 contribute to normal psychological function.

Take 1 tablet per day, in the morning.
