Take 2 sticks of the same colour per day, either directly or diluted in 1 litre of water. Alternate the colour every day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach.
Red Stick 2 sticks: Green coffee extract (800 mg); L-carnitine (500 mg); L-arginine (500 mg); Green tea extract (400 mg, 20% catechins); Hibiscus extract (176 mg); Orange extract (100 mg); Zinc (20 mg, 200 % NRV*); *NRV: Nutrient Reference Value. Green stick 2 sticks: Horsetail extract (800 mg); Dandelion extract (600 mg); Buchu extract (200 mg); Birch extract (60 mg).
