Take 1 tablet in the evening, half an hour before going to bed.

Per 1 tablet: 100 mg dried ex. passionflower, 100 mg dried ex. valerian, 100 mg GABA, 50 mg dry ex. californian poppy, 16 mg vitamin B3 (100% NRV), 1.85 mg melatonin, 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (100% NRV). NRV = EU nutrient reference value.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of young children.
